Refund policy

Online orders

Each item sold via the online salon portal will require a brief virtual consultation before the item is posted to you to ensure it is the best choice. If during the online consult you decide it isn't right for you, we can talk through other options or cancel the order (with a £15 fee witheld for the virtual consultation)

If you choose to proceed without the consultation, all sales are final (i.e if you have purchased the same piece previously).

If you are not 100% satisfied when you receive the item, you have a 7 day exchange window from the day it was delivered to you (not including any items that have been customised). Exchange ONLY. If you cannot find something else you will receive a gift certificate for the same value minus shipping fees. The gift certificate is valid for 12 months

Please ensure all pieces are returned in original packaging with tags attached. Unworn, clean condition with clips closed. Anything returned in poor condition will not be accepted.

If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, you can have a gift certificate or go on the waitlist for new stock.

Salon sales

All items sold in salon are non refundable but of course alterations are accepted and we can tailor pieces to your need in salon.

We can customise your hair, wig, topper etc and work towards creating something perfect but no refunds will be given under any circumstances on customised pieces. This includes any colour, cut (incl fringe) or clips added.

Appointment deposit

All appointment deposits are non refundable however you can move your appointment if it no longer works for you once, without losing deposit.

At the 2nd cancellation the deposit will be lost.
